Step 1: Complete the Employment Forms

  1. You can find all required employment documentation listed below.
     

  2. Please download and print each form.
     

  3. Fill out all sections of the forms with precise and accurate information. If completing by hand, please use a dark ink (black or blue) and write legibly. Ensure all signatures are present where required.

Step 2: Submit Enrollment Forms and Related Documents

Please upload the required documents in the section below.

Kindly scan and upload each document into its designated field. For your Identification, please ensure the image is clear and legible, with both your photo and name clearly visible.

Step 3: Create Online Profile

To complete your employment setup, please fill out the Tutor Profile Form below.

The details you provide will be used to create your public-facing online profile. Rest assured, your last name and email address will not be visible.

Introduction Video

Your introduction video is a powerful tool to showcase your personality, teaching style, and expertise. It helps students and parents get to know you before booking, significantly increasing your chances of attracting new clients.

Filming Tips:

  • Use a tripod or stable surface to avoid shaky footage.

  • Look directly into the camera as if speaking to a student.

  • Smile and be enthusiastic!

  • Do a test recording to check audio and video quality before your final take

Technical Specifications:

  • Length: Ideally 1-2 minutes. Videos longer than 3 minutes may be less effective.

  • Format: .mp4, .mov, or .webm are preferred

  • Resolution: Aim for 720p (HD) or 1080p (Full HD) for good quality.

  • Audio Quality: Ensure your voice is clear, audible, and free from excessive background noise.

  • Lighting: Make sure you are well-lit and visible.

  • Background: Choose a clean, professional, and clutter-free background.
